I deleted my statement about your icon shelf wallpaper not fitting & being to large after I found out it's San iOS 7 issue. I was able to change my setting under General -> Accessibility -> and then turn off the dynamic wallpaper setting & got it to fit right. I guess that's what I'll do whenever I want to use an icon background but Apple will hear about this. Thank you.
